01. The Design Process

Our design team transforms these ideas into curated mood boards before sketching multiple concepts. 02. Creating CADs
Once a design is finalized, our team creates detailed technical specifications, defining every measurement, proportion, and design element with precision. These specifications are then transformed into 3D CAD models, allowing us to review every detail and visualize the jewellery before production begins.
Each CAD design goes through multiple rounds of refinement to ensure it meets Revosha's standards for quality, comfort, and craftsmanship. Once every detail is approved, the design is prepared for the next stage of production with our trusted manufacturing partners.
03. Making A Mould
Once the approved 3D design is ready, a precision master mould is created to capture every fine detail of the jewellery. This master mould serves as the foundation for producing each piece with consistency, ensuring every Revosha design maintains the same level of quality, craftsmanship, and premium finish throughout the production process.
04. The Wax Tree
The master mould is then used to create precise wax models of each jewellery design. These wax models are carefully arranged for casting, where molten metal is poured to form the final shape. This process ensures every Revosha piece is crafted with exceptional accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail before moving to the finishing stage.
05. Casting & Filing Our Pieces
Once the casting process is complete, each jewellery piece is carefully separated and refined to achieve its intended shape. Skilled artisans remove excess material, smooth every edge, and meticulously polish the surface to enhance its shine and detail. Every Revosha piece is thoroughly inspected to ensure it meets our quality standards before moving on to the final plating and finishing stage.
06. Assembling & Setting
