This Digital Gift Card Policy governs the purchase, delivery, redemption, and usage of Revosha Digital Gift Cards. By purchasing, accepting, or redeeming a gift card, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. NATURE OF GIFT CARD (DIGITAL INSTRUMENT)

Revosha Gift Cards are issued exclusively in digital format.

• No physical card will be shipped.
• Each gift card contains a unique digital redemption code.
• The gift card represents a prepaid monetary value redeemable only on www.revosha.com.

Revosha reserves the right to modify the format, structure, or issuance method at its discretion.

2. DELIVERY & SCHEDULING

Digital Gift Cards are delivered via:

• Email
• SMS

Delivery is processed only after successful prepaid payment confirmation.

Customers may schedule delivery for a future date at the time of purchase.

Revosha shall not be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by:

• Incorrect email address
• Incorrect phone number
• Spam filtering
• Network issues beyond our control

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure accurate recipient details.

3. VALIDITY

Revosha Digital Gift Cards carry No Expiry.

The balance remains valid until fully redeemed.

4. REDEMPTION & USAGE RULES

Gift cards:

• May be used in partial amounts
• May be used across multiple transactions
• Can be combined with standard payment methods if the order value exceeds available balance

If the order value exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.

5. PURCHASE RESTRICTIONS

• Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
• Gift cards are available only via prepaid payment methods.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not permitted for gift card purchases.

6. DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONAL POLICY

Gift cards function strictly as a payment method, not as a discount instrument.

• Gift cards may be used on products already available at sale pricing.
• Coupon code stacking is not permitted when redeeming via gift card.

Revosha reserves the right to restrict promotional combinations at its discretion.

7. REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• If an order paid using a gift card is cancelled or returned, the refunded amount will be credited back to the original gift card balance.
• No monetary or bank refunds shall be issued for gift card payments.

Refund processing timelines will follow standard return policy timelines.

8. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY & SECURITY

The gift card code is the sole responsibility of the purchaser or recipient.

Revosha shall not be responsible for:

• Lost codes
• Stolen codes
• Unauthorized use due to sharing or negligence

The gift card operates on a “use-as-presented” basis. Whoever redeems the code is deemed the authorized user.

Customers are advised to store gift card details securely.

9. FRAUD PREVENTION & RIGHT TO SUSPEND

To protect against misuse, fraud, or suspicious activity, Revosha reserves the right to:

• Temporarily suspend
• Block
• Cancel
• Investigate

any gift card transaction at its sole discretion.

Revosha may request identity verification or additional documentation in case of suspicious activity.

Failure to provide verification may result in permanent cancellation without liability.

10. VALUE LIMITS

Gift cards are available within the following limits:

• Minimum Value: ₹500
• Maximum Value: ₹10,000

Revosha reserves the right to revise these limits without prior notice.

11. TAXATION

• No GST or additional tax is charged at the time of gift card purchase.
• Applicable taxes will be calculated at the time of product redemption based on the item purchased.

Tax treatment shall follow applicable Indian tax regulations.

12. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

This Gift Card Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in New Delhi, India.

13. AMENDMENTS

Revosha reserves the right to update, amend, or modify this Gift Card Policy at any time without prior notice.

Continued usage of the gift card constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
